3.75 Dukes of Harzard Cletus Variation

I recently aquired a Cletus for my 3.75 collection and I noticed when it arrived it have same CB Mchaul arms as used with the Roscoe figure. I only thought the Cletus was released with the open right hand version as shown in the Museum Gallery
