Was it common for some of these figures which have been in their plastic baggies since new (35 plus years), wearing their helmets, for there to be some minor paint rubs on the head? Have one mint in baggie (never been removed), but it would appear that just above right ear there is some paint missing from head. This can be seen through the baggie.

Yes, of course... the same is true with POTA Astros. I think many of them were given a *rub* the first time the helmet went on at the factory, then subsequent friction in package over time.
