It has interchangeable gloves (open and fist), a couple of Bat boomerangs, the awesome cape has an internal wire for posing, it has a soft rubber utility belt and soft rubber boots.
The arms appear rather long because I didn't want to dig in the gloves into his arms too much, lol.
It's just an awesome figure.

That's really nice! Much better than the 8" version.
That sounds familiar. Was this done by Sandy Collora again? If so, looks like he cut some corners on the custom packaging. What is next, Dead End mini-mates?
