This is the first time I've tried to put together a costume that had any sort of design that I couldn't just paint on after the sew job was completed (à la my Teutonic Knight's cross). The other problem, Deadpool's costume must be drawn at least a dozen (or more) different ways--I took note of several, looked to sort of bridge the gap between those, and shot for a general look, rather than something specific. My comic buying stopped in the mid-80s when I went off to college, so I wasn't even familiar with the Deadpool character, outside of first Wolverine movie.
Anyway, after I finish off putting the Sharpie to the rest of the pattern, I'm really hoping everything matches up when I start sewing it all together. The pattern comes from Captain Dunsel's Mego Madhouse.
