This is gonna be good!!! Quick question (Don't know if anyone has already asked this question): Will these heads have a neck that will fit into a Type two Mego body?

That bearded AJ is damn manly. And makes a great head for custom YJ Aquaman, Dr. Benton Quest, and The Chief from the Doom Patrol!

Yes, the production heads will have a neck and the standard plug. However, there's the likely possibility that they'll be cast in solid PVC which means that getting them to fit an original Type Two Mego body could take some work.

Great! and thanx for the quick reply. I'm sold......However, i have one more question pertaining to the eyes size. Will it be small in size like the Oscar Goldman (SMDM figure) or similar to the original Mego heads......slightly bigger eyes?

The head sculpts are the final versions so the eye size will be the same as what you're seeing in the images.

Do you mean the paint job on the eyes? If so we will make them look good, as realistic as possible at this scale... No beady eyes I promise

                    Hey Craig,
When you say solid PVC, would that be similar to the material used for the
                    Cast-A-Way Hero head?

I don't have one of those so I can't say for sure, but if it's a resin head the answer would be no. PVC is the material that's used for the majority of the mass produced action figures you see today, primarily on the heads and limbs.

No, it's not resin, but kind of hard.
When it's dipped in boiling water it gets softer.

Sounds like it's PVC. The good thing about PVC is that the production pieces will be virtually identical to the original head sculpt since there will be very little loss of detail.

They'll be just like the Django Unchained (and new Freddy/Jason) heads by NECA... All the wrestler figures you see these days have solid PVC heads. These are made in steel injection molds and then painted in China.

                              Hey Dave,

Was the hero head hollow then?

I take back my first assumption on the Hero Head, it sounds like it's probably rototcast vinyl. Sorry to jump in there Dave.
