He was also bat**** crazy, because he killed Meat Loaf's character with an ice pick or axe, and then had him cooked up as dinner.

So.....not a vampire.

I'm just more interested in the historical figure. Since it's going to be someone fairly recent and modern, it would depend upon what era it's from. Hazarding a guess, I'd say anywhere from the 50's, up to recent time. That gives a nice comfortable margin for error.
