"V" was more in my mind since it is not Super Hero related and going the smaller format.

I actually looked into getting the "V" license a few years ago but the upfront cost was too expensive.

Shame, "V" would be ten kinds of awesome.

Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12

When you say retro, you mean a line that has already been done before, correct?

No, this property was never put out as a line of action figures in this particular scale. When I say retro I'm referring to the style they'll be done in. Same thing as what Super 7 is doing with their ReAction Alien line, which I think is beyond super cool.

I would dig some Rat Patrol or Hogans Heros. Military figures always go over well in the 4" style.

SWAT was only in 1/8 scale, so perhaps SWAT?? Starsky & Hutch would be cool too.

Hawaii Five-0 would be too awesome. I'd buy every one of those.

There's been a lot of great guesses and suggestions on this thread, some of which I've actually thought of pursuing. However, one thing that needs to be considered, especially in this scale, is the addition of vehicles and/or playsets. For example, Starsky and Hutch would be cool but the car, which is pretty much a celebrity itself, would be fairly expensive to make. Needless to say it wouldn't make sense to only make the figures and not the car.
