Yeah, it happens. There are a number of Odd Couple episodes on tithe official DVD releases which have music changed or edited. They have a disclaimer too.

Yes, according to the imdb it was just that song (I thought it was more) from them:
"Although the song is listed in the closing credits, all DVD and later video releases change Alicia Bridges "I Love The Nightlife" to a cover version of "The Man That I Love" during the disco dance scene
PS: Also thought the dvd had a small fine print writing that mentioned something with the music change on the back cover
