It's just a shame that they could never get the sequel off the ground. I know that George Hamilton talked about it on a few late night talk shows a couple of decades ago. He was all for it.
I remember when I first saw this at the drive-in! Great flick! And yes, I loved Arte Johnson as Renfield! "Master, you almost stepped on my dinner!" Classic!

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

I always loved this film--- "come back flying chicken". As a heads up if you still have an old vhs or whatever copy hang onto it, the dvd version had to change a bit of the music due to licensing issues

Very fun movie. I'm hoping it will get an un-edited Blu-Ray release.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Yes, according to the imdb it was just that song (I thought it was more) from them:
"Although the song is listed in the closing credits, all DVD and later video releases change Alicia Bridges "I Love The Nightlife" to a cover version of "The Man That I Love" during the disco dance scene
PS: Also thought the dvd had a small fine print writing that mentioned something with the music change on the back cover
