    RE: Painting Advice ?

Anyone have ANY idea on how I can thicken up Humbrol/Tamiya/Revell Flat/Matt paints ? I know I can thin them with thinners, but I just put eye balls on six heads and they ALL ran. Now I have to do two-three coats of white on the eyes again. I know that gloss is more viscous and won't run, but I want this stuff to be flat. Any ideas ?

With Humbrol enamels, the best thing to do is pick the pure pigment out of the bottom of the tin, then add a small amount of thinner. You will get a much better result than if you mix the paint.
