I need a high-grade, unpuched carded Neptunian. Really need this one.

But I'm in the tight-budget camp. There's a couple of times a year when I have some extra dough and could reasonably pull it off.

But knowing my luck it will come up when I'm flat broke and be going for a pretty penny. If I do manage to get it, it will take a lot of begging and scraping and serious wife-placating.
