While Waiting for Tiny Titans

In my monthly stash was the first issue of Teen Titans: Year One. Anybody else reading this?

Looks like the revisiting of the Titans against their mentors. The art inside looks pretty good. Some nice bits of humor, with Kid Flash and Wonder Girl - I'm trying to figure out How and Why and What she is doing on the street by herself - it looks like she's lost.

This will fit nicely with the Showcase Presents trade paperbacks!

I thought it was pretty good myself...does look like a re-telling of the origin story from yesteryear.

When is "Tiny Titans" out?

Tiny Titans hits next month.

It was a treat that the issue started with Robin in the Batcave at the computer starting a "chatroom" for "fellow" young super-heroes. And then getting busted out by The Batman. I can't remember who the artist is on this but his Batman looks really good.

That's the only problem I had with the issue..."modernizing" the tale with current technology when obviously it takes place before such things existed.

I read the first issue of Teen Titans:Year One, and I liked it. The modernization of it didn't bother me, in fact I thought it was funny when Kid Flash was dying of boredom while waiting for Robin to respond on instant messenger.

I felt so bad for Robin when Batman got mad at him and attacked. The most hurtful part was when the lady asked if she should call his parents. D=

I read this too, and I like it. I can't wait for issue 2 to arrive tomorrow. Tiny Titans looks funny but I think it might be one of those "Don't judge a book by it's cover" sort of deal. I don't expect it to be well-written but just fun.

Aw Yeah Titans!

Yeah man, tiny Titans is total fun! AND, it comes out February 13th! Its an All-Ages humor comic! But you don't have to be a kid to enjoy it! Its about all the Teen Titans we all know and love...they're just really really little. Rock on Trigon!
