    Ebay sculptor/seller

    Man,

I found this sculptor a couple months back, asked her a question and she's been sending me offers. I've been emailing her trying to get her to sculpt in 8" scale. I sent her several links to our members customs / storefront sites to try to convince her it would be a hit.

Check this out as an example of his quality (all 12" scale as of now)

I also sent her a link and suggested he consider joining the site.

    Steve Austin, astronaut!

Considering he's located in Hong Kong I wouldn't be surprised if he does work for some of the bigger toy companies. He also seems a little ticked that somebody copied his Steve Austin head.

Well, I sent him a link to this thread to let him see the positive feedback I suspect he will get. So do not be shy. If you like his work, perhaps we can get him to sculpt in 8" with a neck plug at the bottom

Another option might be to continue sculpting in 1/6 scale and ask his permission to allow DaveMc to shrink them as he does with Diver4. I would imagine it would be a beneficial arrangement to cover both scales.

            That's what I was thinking.

Just sent him an e-mail saying I would be interested in 8" figure heads. Maybe if enough of us e-mail him perhaps he will start.

It's actually a woman who sculpted these, her name is Ada.

I've bought 3 of her heads so far ( one of which is Lee Majors ) and i am currently shrinking them to 8" scale but someone is ripping off her work and selling re-casts as their own, as a result she won't be selling many more on Ebay.
