Two villains is perfect for a first assortment in my opinion. The following year they could add more and Scrappy and then officially jump the shark.

Yes...I did a Mystery Machine and still have it. It wasn't the best job...I was just getting started customizing. It's big, and I can include it if this project is selected...what does everyone think???

Honestly, it's pretty crappy doo IMO. That's why I didn't include it in the submission.

I know what you mean, but it's nice to consider---and by the way it looks pretty great. When you look at the real catalogs a lot of the stuff is fairly rough prototype stuff. Obviously, we all want our work to look as good as possible, but there's a difference between factory good and prototype good.

The Mystery Machine is a pretty obvious need, but might also have come in wave 2? They could have reused the VW van, but for a line this big they might have invested in a new vehicle tool.

Seeing it with fresh eyes helps . I think it's awesome . I didn't make it so I don't know it's flaws and wouldn't want to look for them if I already think it looks great.
Most artists dislike their work thats why we make it for others to enjoy hehe.

Yeah, it's the stickers and the fact that I forgot to paint the interior of the van, as well as the bars on top.

It also is on a newer Barbie van, something that would not have been available in 1978.

My knowledge of Barbie is limited other than the fact I step on and around them all the time.
My daughter makes a Barbie mine field. Pink Pink everywhere!

I think the idea is there and it looks like mego would have made it maybe toss some paint on the bars.
