    Retro Spider-Man Pop-up book

I took my class to the comic book store today, and I found this really cool book from the Marvel True Believer Retro Character collection. Now, I'm really not into superheroes, but I really loved the '67 Spidey series as a kid, and now I love watching them on YouTube. This book had brief histories on Spidey (his origin) and his most popular villains: Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Mysterio, Sandman, The Vulture, Electro, & Kraven. The Pop-up effects are really cool. It has little pull-out bios and factoids of key characters. I really like it. Has anyone else seen this?

    Wow, that's a pretty expensive book for a 5 year old, considering it's $25! BTW...my bday is July 8th!

well, we're very close with his parents (they were the ones that set Tracy and I up, so we OWE them for life), and Simon's a great kid, so $25 or whatever was worth it.

    i'll keep that in mind!

I picked it up today at Barnes and Noble. Well worth it! Classic Ditko! It looks like more to come....X-Men featured on the back (Byrne and Cockrum era I assume) and Hulk and FF featured on the little display stand they had them on.
