I started doing some custom Mego figures a few years ago.
I lost some of my pics, of a least one of them, when we had a hard drive crash back in February 2010.
Fortunately, most were on a website or uploaded here.
Here are some of my favorites!
Black Panther!

My first real custom. I modified a Batman head, and then made a mold of it out of Bondo.
It sat for a long time. I eventually dyed a Batman suit black, and used a brown T2 body with Chips hands.
I have actually made almost of these up until now.
My first one is now in the possession of Relic, and my best is in the hands of Vinman07!
The Spectre!
Next came Spectre. Using a CTVT toys Gold Man head, a white DM body and shoes, a BL suit and hooded cape, and green Mego hands.
I have made 3 of these, all a little different from each other. My last one had custom boot feet, instead of shoes.
Moon Knight!
On this one I took my Black Panther head and sanded off the ears.
Put it on a Mego Joker body, and dressed him in a white BL suit with hooded cape, belt and boots from CTVT.
I created the sticker.
Dr. Fate
Next came Dr. Fate!
Fun to make, but a little more costly once you buy the DM head (painted by me), suit, shorts, cape, CTVT boots, belt, hands, and oven mitts (cut into gauntlets). I painted a button yellow and sewed it on his chest, and stuck a yellow sticker over it.

Moon Knight 2
This pic was lost when my hard drive crashed, but some how I lucked out and found it on the Internet while doing a Google search.
A different version of Moon Knight.
The head is from Doc (painted by me), body, suit, belt, and boots are DM. Sticker and cape by me, gauntlets are by
Cast-A-Way.
Here's another that I just finished for a member here:
Cyclops!
I still love this one!
Cyclops was done on a Cast-A-Way body, with a BL head (painted by me), CTVT navy suit, and shorts,
DM boots, Cast-A-Way belt and stretchy gauntlets from their Cargo Hold.
Lastly, my favorite of favorites!
Union Jack!
This is the first custom that I did completely myself.
Done on a Mego body, with navy Cast-A-Way hands, headsculpt and paint by me.
The hardest part though was creating the Union Jack decal. It was printed on an inkjet printer and ironed on to a cotton navy suit sewn by me.
I have to say I am proudest of this one.
It was commission work, and is long gone, but I just received a request to do another.
I have to start over, as a result of the hard drive crash where I lost this design and other pics.

I made this Wolverine for my son for Christmas!
The head is from Juanimal on Ebay, painted by me, the suit and shorts are CTVT, body and boots by DM, Castaway belt, and the gloves are CTVT with FC blades reglued on to them.
I recently made this Dr. Doom for a guy I know:
Started with a DM Swivel Bicep body, Suit and head by BL, painted by me,
gloves and boots from DM, and belt from CTVT.
Just Finished!

I mentioned that my computer crashed, so all I have of my Custom Yellow Daredevil is this pic.
It was taken by the person who bought these three:
