I have both the regular and deluxe Loki sets, and they have completely different colored boots, gloves, and helmet.

In the regular set they are color cast in pale yellow.

In the deluxe set they are painted yellow-orange with pale yellow horns on the helmet.

Yep. And the helmet is painted differently to match as well. Great observation!
