We love the kind nice words! Thank you for your support. Our company is growing. It's really amazing - we are getting a lot of different items in stock now - like lunchboxes, travel mugs, journals, coasters, pint glasses - basically everything except new EMCE figures. I posted the reason for the delay a few threads ago, but I will re-itereate here. Overall, sales are good but not great for the 8-inch lines. Because of this, we had to switch and find factories that would be willing to make a wide variety of characters with low production runs. This has taken us quite some time to do. Then we've had random acts of craziness, like Chinese customs literally holding our one of a kind prototypes of our next series for the entire summer - pushing back our entire holiday 2012 production to early next year. And then we have other things like tooling parts being misplaced between factories, or licensors changing their minds well into production. I give a TON of credit to our Mego predecessors along with EMCE, Figures Toy Co., Cast A Way, Zica, Diamond, Mattel, and everyone else who tries to make this format. Making these action figures is not easy - but it is rewarding! Stay tuned and thanks for your patience.Last edited by BifBangPow! JLabs; Nov 9, '12, 2:29 PM.Co-founder, BifBangPow!

Customs are crazy.
A dealer friend of mine had a huge shipment of figures held by Customs for five months.
By the time he got them, all of his customers had shopped elsewhere....

Great question. It seems like most of the problems stem from using the Chinese factories and government. A couple Lucifer figures would make me so happy. Why, Lord? Why!?!Last edited by Chris; Nov 10, '12, 10:03 AM.If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.Comment

Thanks for the update. It's a bummer to hear the eight inch lines don't do as well. But it's heartening to hear you're keeping the 8 inch line going, just making smaller volumes. If we didn't have a few, select companies like BBP and EMCE willing to do this, we wouldn't have a third of the characters we have today and the industry would be dead. I'm thankful for the licensing we get. And I'm not at all lost on the fact that if we didn't have people our age from the Mego era willing to do this, we wouldn't have this at all. And when they leave, so goes the eight inch format. So let's support the people who choose to take these risks so we can continue to see our dreams come true. Thanks guys!Comment
