    My husband never asks how much I spend on stuff, because he knows I'd get on his case about his videogame habit, which takes up WAY more than my shopping. However, when I get a good deal, I make sure to tell him.

    I love it.I am to scared to use that one on my wife,for fear I would trip up somewhere down the line and she might cut off my allowance.So I tell her straight up and take the stares and pulsing temples.If there really is a sale I show her and then she says okay you may as well you know you want to.
    I appeal to her inner desire to purchase everything at a discount.Good luck though.

    As with all good lies its always tempered with a little truth as she's been with me on occasion when i've seen something at a discounted price...(fx lightsabers were £50 in woolworths..less than half price) shes siad buy it.

    I never have to worry about that. Im not married, never will be. Hell, Im almost 41 now, and I dont see myself getting married. I have lived this long without someone. I spend my money the way I please, and answer to no one, except the IRS when tax time rolls around. Ha....

    Well i dont have to use anything as i am single,after coming out of a 11 year relationship,its great,i can spend it on what i like,its only my mum that gives me grief about the money i spend,sometimes i have to hide things from her but she usually finds it,i swear she is a detective
