Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Lee Hazlewood, Gram Parsons (with his Nudie Suit), SLAYER, King Diamond, Jimi, Neil Young/Diamond, Rick Neilson of Cheap Trick, and maybe a Snoop Dogg and DR Dre two-pack! That's what I wanna see!

Oh yeah. I think Mego did a 'dancing Andy Gibb' doll back in the day? I'd love to see all the brothers gibb (complete with authentic polyester clothing)

It's a fun idea but tastes are so divergent that I don't think there would be many artists or acts that would sell enough to make it worthwhile..

Beyond Kiss, there is Elvis, the Beatles and Michael Jackson and that's about it unless they capitalize on the flavors of the day like Bieber.

Few of the ones mentioned by everybody else would hold any attraction to me, and I doubt there would be any other takers from my list. Kiss is popular with megoheads because they were they were the flavor of the day in the late 70s and megos of them were made.

But, I might buy the Beatles, The Who, the Rolling Stones, Hendrix, Clapton, Dylan, The Eagles, Tom Petty, Elvis, U2, Led Zepplin if the figures had really strong likeness — much better ones than seen on most megos or re-megos — and if they came with accurate instruments and microphone stands. But then again, I don't know if I would.

I'd also be interested: Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Willy Nelson, Conway Twitty, Chuck Berry, but honestly I'd rather have more super heroes, monsters and movie characters.

If I were Figures Inc. or whatever the company's name is that are making the Kiss dolls, I would seriously look into making a concert stage with the KISS logo to hang overtop, a drumstand that lifts, guitars, amps and mic stands, and and strings to hang the Simmons figure up like he's flying. If there was something like that to display the figures on and set it up like a concert, I might actually buy the figures.

I had a 18 in. scale Alice Cooper figure at one time, I'd wish I still had it. A MEGO scale would be even cooler too... with accessories added of course.

It depends a lot on the rights; which for celebrities can be excessive. One of the reasons I think stuff like this is a great idea is 'cos it potentially expands the subject matter (and audience) for the figures. New ideas are ALWAYS good. Plus, you never totally know what's gonna sell. For all we know there's a small but dedicated niche of Tony Orlando fans who'd make it worthwhile doing a run of figures. Full disclosure: I'd buy durned near ANY 8" Mego-esque figures of the price was right, just to pad out my selection of characters.
