Mark Huckabone taped a segment although he doesn't know when it'll air.

There is also another show on SyFy channel called Collection Intervention. Tuesdays at 10:00PM. Cool show. It shows people whose toy collecting habits may be a bit out of control. The host just tries to get them to be better organized and focus on certain parts of there collection instead of being a "hoarder". Check it out

Was there a new episode this week? It seemed like it was already in reruns.

Travel Channel likes to show a few shows together so it's hard to catch just new shows
until you DVR or Tivo it.

The two episodes on Wednesday night were North Carolina and San Francisco.

I'm guessing there was no new episode because Labor Day was earlier in the week.

in episode #6 we get to see more megos on toy hunter, that guy Jorden got those boxed megos for a song, when you
see what people are getting for them on ebay, the seller was just giving them away-a little bit of fixing and he got
a nice little collection -very cool, and flipping that batman and robin magnetic duo was a great deal, this show is
getting good ,all but one episode featured megos .good job travel channel.

I actually find myself enjoying the show quite a bit. I find Jordan to be very personable. And are average people going to be watching this show and deciding the old broken toys are worth more? I'm not so sure it will hurt the market. I think the shows audience already knows what he is showing. Loved all the mego love we got this week.

These shows have already made a huge impact on the buying/selling market....people think their stuff is worth alot more than it is and alot of that has to do with these shows....I've heard "I saw one of these on pawn stars/american pickers/toy hunters etc...etc" more times than i can count....if your in the business,i can guarantee you have heard the same thing...between ebay and these shows it's a bad time to be a dealer....on the flip side....the economy is super bad,so tons of people are selling,so there is alot more stuff available than there used to be....

does it balance out?? ask your dealer friends.....

I watched this show for the first time the other night. While I certainly love seeing vintage toys on national TV, I found the show sorta sucky. Maybe it's just 'cause I'm tired of these type of shows or maybe I wasn't in the mood for it or whatever, but I found the host and his interaction with people unbearably staged and goofy. I honestly don't see this show lasting that long....but I'll probably still watch now and again just to see the toys! Hahahaha...

Already said my feelings about all these shows. Not good. Maybe they can do a staged show with Hess trucks to help all those folks stuck with truckloads of them get rid of them and make some of there $$$$ back.

I guess I'm in the minority here, I can hardly stand Jordan, he rubs me the wrong way, the toys though, the toys I love. So I will keep watching, I do like Collection Intervention a lot better though.
