Picard doesn't have as good a likeness as the 9" Playmates but still cool to see in this retro packaging. I can't tell from the picture but does he come with a phaser?

I think those look good! And if the card art is any indication, looks like the next wave will be Data / Klingon. I can get behind that too (although I admit, the card art perplexes me... are those photos for the crew but illustrations for the aliens?).

Following that pattern, I shall wildly speculate:

Wave 3: Riker / Romulan ?
Wave 4: Geordi / Q ?

Diamond select has released a press-release on this wave and Picard does have his phaser!Picard though just doesn't have that retro look.

They look really good, I'm just not a big fan of the subject matter. Although if i see them in the wild, I may be swayed.

Thank GOD for that. Its nice to see someone step out of that shadow. Every 8" mego like figure doesn't have to have that Retro look.

Pulled trigger on them tonight. I love these and just pray that we get a full crew. I don't see us getting past two or three waves but hope for at least riker data worf and la forge with corresponding aliens. Romulan Klingon and either a carnassian or random alien from an episode.

I hope we get a Q in judges Robes. They could always do Admiral McCoy, Unification Spock and Relics Scotty to tie in with TOS!

I think the baddies are the selling points when it comes to leforge or crusher. I know data is the safest bet but figured he'd double as lore too.

To me the artwork for the characters on the card,looks like Hugh the Borg from the episode "I Borg" and the Klingon Gowron.

Resistance is Futile so I will probably pick up the Borg.
