Definitely the work of a customizer's left overs. Like the T-2 limbs on a T-1 body.

I thought so. Just wasn't sure if it was a case of mego using up old parts in the final production figs. I should have known that there would be no way type 1 and type 2 parts would have been sold that way. I don't know much about type one figs as i have always preferred type 2 bodies.
