Question about my sig avatars,does it bother you guys?

Hey guys,

Check out my avatars at the bottom with the exorcist and the Demon next to it,does it bother anyone if I have this? I was told some people might not like it.I think it's super cool and funny,but if there's a problem please let me know

They don't bother me for their content. They bother me on principle. If everyone on this board had "sig avatars" that were animated like that it would be a nightmare reading threads around here. They are very distracting.

I bet they're killers for people on dial-up too.

But, people do have the option of not viewing any pictures, avatars etc (I think).

yeah I was told it could be turned off,but not sure

I'm almost positive they can be all turned off.

I don't turn them off, I just use AdBlock (a Firefox browser plugin) on the image the first time it loads and I never see it again (I use it at work as well, so I guess I see them twice). Obviously there are some people that find them amusing, and I notice them changing (or adding to them) frequently. Mainly I do this because it kills the flow of text and makes the forum annoying to read.

The good thing about AdBlock is that I can kill any image I want from ever appearing again, so at work I kill the forum headers, Amazon ads, signature images, etc, and I have a fairly tame looking experience. At home I keep the forum headers I like, and just kill the less interesting ones.

Since you asked, I hate three out of four. I feel bad for the kid, and the monsters creep me out. I'd swap them for three more Warriors, or one Jesse Ventura, one Jake Roberts, and one Brutus Beefcake.

Wait, scratch that. Get rid of all of them and pipe in some Randy Savage.
