That was (and still is) my original goal. I've waited months and all I got from the mold maker/caster is one Buzzard head (used on my custom Vulture). I try to be patience in hopes of quality results, but I'm not sure it is working. You know how artists can be, push too hard and they loose interest. Wait too long and never see your original work again.Comment

sounds like you need to learn to cast for yourself. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

thunderbolt; Learning as fast as I can afford.
Chris; What a great idea.
megoknight; All these photo are WIP pieces. Even Buzzard, was not complete at the time. Check out his neck, it's way longer than the one attached to Vulture. Once I decide the head is complete enough to remove from the stick, I grind the neck down to the desired level. From there I sculpt and tool the neck plug. The plugs work well with DrMego bodies because the torso come apart and can be reglued and restrung. The CTVT torso, appears to be molded in one piece. I don't like the idea of cutting and retooling the torso parts to insert a resin plug. Since the CTVT bodies need restringing, I've been considering a post neck with a eyescrew. Either way, I'm sculpting the neck plugs on all of them. The castings from there, can be tooled to fit.Comment
