Rene Russo, now 58, who played Thor's mother Frigga, was very vocal about Hollywood thinking she was too old to get leading roles around the time she did The Thomas Crown Affair, (circa 1999-age 45 then), which is some years ago now. The actresses you picked are pretty much A-List and their popularity and their looks-haven't waned yet. Unless a director or or someone behind the scenes rally pulls to get you cast you can be shut out of getting roles pretty easily.
