Rene Russo, now 58, who played Thor's mother Frigga, was very vocal about Hollywood thinking she was too old to get leading roles around the time she did The Thomas Crown Affair, (circa 1999-age 45 then), which is some years ago now. The actresses you picked are pretty much A-List and their popularity and their looks-haven't waned yet. Unless a director or or someone behind the scenes rally pulls to get you cast you can be shut out of getting roles pretty easily.

I don't know how you can not be seen "much of anymore despite being in popular shows & films", if in fact you are in popular shows and films.
Lorraine Bracco is working on Rizzoli & Isles though her looks keep her from "leading" roles
Courtney Thorne-Smith has been working rather steadily in the shows you mention and Two & a Half Men
Lisa Kudrow? Don't know that anyone watched Friends for her or that they want to see her now
Yasmine Bleeth might get more work if she didn't look like a beached whale. She was way overweight the last I saw her.
Pam Grier always rocks. Foxy Brown anyone?
Tisha campbell-Martin? never watched those shows, couldn't tell you who she was.
Kathy Ireland is a model, not an actress. Don't care what she's been in - model.

I don't watch Two and 1/2 Men so I didn't know she was in a supporting role. It's good to know she's working.
I don't watch Rizzoli & Isles so... Despite being highly visible and well publicized in The Sopranos, (a show which managed to pull in a great many viewers despite being on a subscription cable channel), Bracco is not getting lead actress roles like she used to in Goodfellas, Medicine Man. You would think Sopranos would give her career a boost but...

Really? Friends was juggernaut of sitcoms from the `90's, like Seinfeld. NBC cowered in fear at the thought that any of the cast would leave the show. I don't think her presence on the show can be dismissed.
I don't know what she looks like now. If a role came her way I bet she would get into shape fast.
Foxy Brown-1974. Jackie Brown-1997, and a lot of supporting film & TV series roles but not many lead movie roles since.
