Where's the poll option box?

Where is the poll option box that is supposed to be at the bottom of the 'post a new thread' page?

I'd like to be able to tabulate the votes I'm getting to name Craig's new female figure.

I guess it went bye-bye when the site was revamped.

Oh well.

When you start a thread scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option box. It looks like it's in the same place it always was.
