    The Stretch Gang

I was lucky enough to pick these guys up recently and they arrived last week to my joy. In the group, there's a Denys Fisher Hulk and Monster, a Kenner X-Ray, Olivier and Olly and a really cool Tsukada Mr X. Thought I'd share them with you guys.

Awesome pick ups Will, I love the Japanese Stretch Armstrong. I think that's the first time I've ever seen one.

        wow!

Those bring back memories. I loved my Stretch Armstrong as a kid, but he eventually turned hard as a rock. How are these holding up?

My one got popped by my brother after an altercation, I told him he's not coming near these guys . These ones are very supple, especially the Mr X as he was ex shop stock, he's never been stretched at all.

            cool!

Ha! Yes, I remember them oozing if they were punctured. Uhhh, sorry, that sounded gross.

It's amazing to me that they have held up so well. Congrats on them.

wow! crazy find. I just bought a japanese stretch armstrong to go with my Japanese stretch monster. Mine looks to be in very rough shape but I only paid $106 for him. What guys are you looking for now? I'm searching for beat up copies of the mego stretchs so I can save money and stil get them, probably still a hardfind, no?

is asking what you paid out of the question?
I want just one stretch item in my 70's collection but have been too scared to venture out into the land of stretch because I have seen them go for insane prices.

Sure, you can come on over as long as you don't try stretching one around my neck and doing away with the rest .

Congrats on the Mr X purchase. I love the packaging on the Japanese Monster, I'd love to find one of those. As with all the Stretches, to my knowledge, they're all difficult to find in decent condition. The Mego Stretch figures are probably the hardest to track down, even at a good price in beat up condition. Good luck with the hunt.

A lot of money but worth every penny . I'm always amazed at how much they go for myself when boxed and complete. I'm sure you'll get lucky in due course though, I've heard of guys picking complete ones up for under $100. Good luck.

Sweet stretch collection, Bill! Thanks for posting a picture!

Any chance we can get a pic of the actual toys in their trays?
