Well that just sucks. If the do total it, which by the sounds of it, may be the best thing for you. Take all the stuff of it you want before they pick it up. You can do that.

Dang Sean that really does suck. I would seriously file a complaint with the officers chief. There needs to be a serious investigation. You don't deserve to be screwed like that. Also this woman made a direct threat on your life. Something stinks for sure. And if you could smell the booze, something is off man. I would not let this slide. It sucks on the timing as i'm sure you don't have a minute to spare, but you have to find the time my friend. Next thing you know she will be suing you for parking your car in the way. You need to act now to protect yourself as well.
