And he doesnīt even say itīs a custom!!!

Well, that's true, but it does have other obvious markers such as the disclaimer under the bubble {it's an art sculpture}, the name of the artist {Industrial Toy Werks}, and it also misspells 'Apache' {Apche} on the card.

But yeah, the seller is not going out of his/her way to call it a 'custom.'

I thought there was a Captain Marvel (aka Shazam) done in the Superpowers line.

No, the Apche are a nearly forgotten tribe. Very hard to find one in mint condition...

When i was collecting these back a while ago i kept running into these customs. They are some slick work. Actually almost makes you believe these were factory made. Shazam and supergirl said something like first run without a cape.

Unproduced by Kenner, but I believe Industrial Toy Werks did make all these figures in this particular custom/bootleg/art toy line. Including the Bruce Lee

There have been many sellers with these figures, they rarely say custom and are always rather cagey with their answers on where these come from. Part of the bootleg vibe to it, minus the sucklord parody element.

I just don't get the OP calling it a con job, its obviously not made by Kenner and a custom.
