    Spidey Fist Fighter Spiderman

    Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who commented on my thread about painting the Fist Fighter Spiderman head. I haven't had any problems swapping out heads in the fist fighter bodies as some suggested. I do need to pick up a few FF boxes from the Toyroom, though. Spidey is one of them.

Let me know what you think. I haven't clear finished it. so if I wanted, I am sure I could remove the paint down the road.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Looks Fantastic! Looks better than original! This may have been mentioned in another thread. The main problem with swapping the heads on Fist Fighters is that the neck cracks easily.

Thanks everyone for your support. I really like the way he turned out. It is a shame that they didn't come this way. I had to fix the leg on him, but you wouldn't even know it. I swapped it out and it works fine. I haven't had any problems with the swapping of heads in and out of the ff bodies. I have done an Aquaman which turned out good. I just had to cut the bottom of it down to fit. I used the costume from a retro action figure. I am probably going to do another Fist Fighter soon. I purchased a couple of bodies to use.

Thanks, there was a lot of spit involved. lol It took me a couple hours to get it done. I would lick my fingers to get the excess paint off of the head without taking the paint out of the grooves. I am sure there is an easier way to do it, I just didn't figure it out. It is a good thing that the paint recommended is cleaned up easily with water.

I am now working on making an original FF Batman. Finding all original parts is fun. I am not sure what others I will do yet. I thought about a Thor or possibly a Flash.

    Thanks again!!
