Beware the Batman on DC Nation poster

First real glimpse at this Batman. He's got Michael Keaton neck!!!

His belt is kind of like Earth-Two Robin's...nice!!!

    Is that Amethyst?!?

I am so loving the Sword of the Atom - but then I liked the comic back in the early 80's too

Either that, or a Titans-esque Kole.

I'm glad they're bringing back a Batman cartoon but I still prefer hand drawn animation.

Glen Murakami helmed Batman Beyond and Teen Titans, so there is hope.

Although there has been so many iterations of Batman over the past 25 years, it's really hard to find a fresh direction that is still kid friendly... particularly following Brave and Bold. I'm suspecting from what I've seen so far, they might be treading a little more into James Bond territory... not unlike the moments in the Nolan films when they travel beyond Gotham City.

Hope they do more Animal Man.

Weird Al does a great job as Animal Man.
