I actually stayed at the Hampton Inn this year, and it was the most sleep I've ever had at a Meet. I usually stay at Hamptons when I am on the road, if I can, because I like the accomodations and the breakfast options. The gyms are solid and the pools are clean. Also there is a back road behind the hotel (under construction this year, so it should be finished by next year that would work well for the Mego Races.
So, yeah, I'm in for the Hampton. I was going to book there next year anyway

Grilling is an awesome idea. We should also be ready with a backup plan though in case of rain.

Quick update - The event planner just returned from vacation today and we nailed things down. Within the next day or two I will have a URL to post for us to reserve our rooms. Please stay tuned.
