    Brady Bunch's Driscoll's Toy Shop

    Looks like "Driscoll's Toy Shop"
from The Brady Bunch season 1 episode #7, "Kitty Karry-All is Missing" airdate 11-7-1969,
should be renamed "Remco's Toy Shop".

Notice how many Remco products are all over the store! I've tried to ID as many as I can, any others you can ID? An early example of product placement back in 1969!

Awesome. This was my favorite episode of Brady Bunch.
Nonetheless, I'm glad I didn't grow up with toys from the 1960's! The real great stuff came out approximately the years 1975-1985, give or take a year.

I am more than machine. More than man. More than a fusion of the two.

I HAD THAT TIN MAN!!! He was noisy as heck and scared the heck out of me!

Kept him for years before we moved apartments; then he got thrown out.

                Bobby playing w/ Mumbo Jumbo

showing a pull spring dog (cut off in first pictures), and un-ID's boxed toy behind it

different shop angle showing more toys
(sorry I don't currently have the dvd I got the first pics from right now for a better captures)

and of course, Kitty Karry-All on the top shelf (also was a Remco doll I believe redressed)

Wow! Never noticed all that. Mumbo Jumbo was later made into a doll named Tippy Tumbles.

It's too bad it's all Remco, we could have seen some Joes & Matt Mason.

I have a smiliar shot from the Carol Burnett show were Ideal provided all the toys. You can see some S.T.A.R. Team junk in the back.

Marx provided all the toys used in "Santa Claus conquered the Martians" and in the TV Movie "Adam" you can see a whole wall of GI Joe RAH.

That's not Wally Cox. Mr. Driscoll was played by Pitt Herbert.
