GI Joe 180
Haven't read GI Joe in a number of years but had to pick this up when I saw the cover. Haven't read it yet but apparently has something to do with the Joes having to go to the San Diego Comic Con!

I havent tried this series. Is Hama keeping the storylines similiar (and connected) with the original series? It might be worth checking out if it is.

I know it's supposed to be a continuation of the Marvel series (hence the numbering) but this is the first one I've picked up.

My brother is a RAH from way back and loves the fact that Hama is continuing his Marvel run. GI Joe has been rebooted in comics a bit too many times in recent years, although he also mentions that the new Cobra Command storyline is interesting to him.
Based on the success of this, I have heard that they are allowing Simon Furman to continue his run from Marvel's Transformers series.

Im going to try and hunt down the first few issues of the IDW run. Im guessing it starts with 156.
Im on board for Transformers to if they continue it from the original series as if no time has really past. It would make for an interesting read and feel vintage as well as the fact that I like Generation 1 and not the following versions.
Maybe they can get Don Perlin to draw it. (I imagine TF's is harder to draw than most comics).

Yipes, looking at Perlins wiki page, I dont think hes at the age he would want to....
