In the episode of The Danny Thomas Show that served as the pilot for Andy Griffith's show, Frank Cady played the Mayberry town drunk. Not Otis though. Cady also appeared in two episodes of Griffith's classic show.
Frank Cady can also be seen in When Worlds Collide.
