"Asylum of the Daleks" suggests to me a hiding place where the old (inferior) Daleks would hide from the new ones. I doubt they've abandoned the new design.

Yeah I thought they may still have some input about some Dalek stuff,since he was the man who created the Daleks.

At 0.12 seconds into the clip,it looks like 2 new design Daleks are in the background.

I love the Daleks, but I kinda miss the old days (the classic series) when they might turn up once in 3 years --- same with the Cybermen.

Hell, Davison, Colin, McCoy and McGann only met them once on screen and take away 5 Doctors

Tom Baker only met them twice in 7 years ? (Genesis and Destiny)

I hope the old Daleks get some counseling in that Asylum.
