It looks like a custom to me, but it's completely all kinds of awesome. The chest piece looks like Power Rangers, the belt from an X-Men figure. Since the most knowledgeable site for action figures doesn't recognize this, it's likely ooak. Cool, though.
Is it still insecurity if I fear my job is going to let me go because they don't realize how awesome I am?
