Some girls I've been tweaking for a female super heroes project. I'm getting into serious rooting! Thanks Jessica for saying, 'just do it' LOL
They are not done yet. I can't get the blue to stay on the shoulders of the girl on the right. Even sealer won't keep. Any advice?

Try making a blue fabric sleeve instead of paint.

paint always chips off at joints (elbows, knees, shoulders, etc). you will either have to live with it or sew her a cloth body suit or sleeves like John suggested.
