When you insert a link...
Click the little earth with link of chain on it..
Window appears and typically has http:// already filled in...
Finish filling it in..
Say ok or enter..whichever it is...
Now you see your actual post as it would appear (sorta).
The link is in URL brackets...notice the brackets...
There is text between those brackets...
Edit what is between the brackets.
If that don't get yay going, I can do screenshots and further explain.
You can also hi-light a word or phase and then click the link icon and enter the URL address.
