That is actually the first Scooby I made. And yes, it is a re-worked Krypto. He's pretty close to scale.

I had the pleasure of playing with these to photograph them for the 1978 catalog. They are fantastic. I also showed these with people at Warner Bros who work on Scooby-Doo, they really were impressed.

I did not know that Scott. Very cool. Sometimes that's all it takes to get the juices flowing to get something like this produced professionally. Who knows, right?

I have wanted to resurrect this project for quite some time and am just about ready to do it. By resurrecting it, I mean making more villains. There are a TON of figures still left to make.
