Custom WIP Buck Rogers Draconian Guard

Work in Progress. Thought it would be fun to post what I've done so far on here. Most people on GI JOE have no idea what this is. Still have a bunch of stuff to do on this but starting to come together. I always like to kit bash and get an eye of what I think a figure should look like with parts, so that is the first photo. Second is painted up some with a few more details. Hopefully the third and final photo up at the end of the week.

the reworking and paints are looking good!! how did you do the skull on his helmet?

Thanks, It's from the webgear of a Joe figure, Just cut out the buckle part and glued it onto some paratrooper leg wraps.
