I've enjoyed a milkshake with a bacon sandwich before, but I don't know about putting the bacon right in the ice cream.
I love bacon, but meat and desserts don't mix together well.
I want this after hearing them eat it on Opie and Anthony but I'm really lactose intolerant so i'll just eat more bacon.

This sounds so horrible that I'm actually intrigued. I imagine it would be similar to dipping the french fries directly in the milkshakes (which is popular) or salted liquorice that my Dutch friends are known for...
I'm pretty food adventurous but I don't think I'd swing this.
On the plus side though, it's probably not real ice cream anyway.

I've tried a bit of Bacon-flavored Ice Cream - it's actually really good. In small doses...don't know if I could put down a whole sundae though. Maybe. I don't know.
