    Is this different than the bluray set I got last Christmas that included a hardcover book? That set box is extremely big, this one looks more compact and would be easier to shelve.

    Yep, this is the 2nd version of the set that doesn't include the book. The 1st version is really nice, but yeah, it's hard to display with my other Blu-rays. I just have it sitting on top right now. The book is really nice, but the binding seems kind of cheap and is just glued, so it will probably fall apart one day. BTW, the films look really nice in HD, so even if this is yet another double, triple, etc dip for you (I know, I've been there too!), it's definitely worth the upgrade!
