Keepin' it Mego-ey !
Those Kooky Spooky reminds of another GITD toy I've had since I was a kid; Avon's Gilroy the Ghost lip balm and GITD finger puppet. My sister used to be an Avon lady and gave it to me when I was 9.

"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
So, looking at all of these glow toys I was thinking....Most of the major toy lines at one time or another incorporated the GITD element somewhere in the line. Micronauts, the Mego 8 inchers, GI Joe, Heman all had something, but for the life of me, I cant think of a single instance where the biggest action figure line of all time has used it. I'm talking about Star Wars....anyone know of a time where it was used? I'm mostly talking about the vintage line, but I really cant think of anything in the modern lines as well....

Anyone know from what model kit these may have come from?

Another vote for Matchbox's Ghost of Cap'n Kidd.
Here's my pic of him...
Very cool by 1975 standards. Or 2012.
I do like that Lord of the Rings King of the Dead.![]()
