I'm not sure. there is a baggie packaged with the figure that includes a bug-eyed Eville mask, another face mask and there is a necklace with a red talisman on it.

I am going to assume the bug eyed mask is the second Dr E head. The hypnotic eye is just that. A big eyeball on a platform. Doesn't sound like it is in this batch. Thanks
