He is back on Ebay with more items. He will con you into going off ebay and then do "gift" options. Then he'll stop delivering.

you can always call paypal to fight it even though the transaction wasn't through ebay, just open a case with paypal then they will ask him to either hand over the tracking number or the money will be transferred back

Hey we are by no means laughing at you. Just imagine all you said was a guy named robert from connecticut. Now i'm sure there are a ton of roberts living there. We are laughing because we all know who you are talking about. It's sad that scum bag has a reputation like he does. Very sorry he pulled the wool over your eyes. The man is very very sick and delusional. He thinks he is probably doing you a favor by ripping you off before someone else does. It's like a bad episode of CSI where a person thinks by killing off hookers he is doing a good dead, but they are still committing murder. I know it's a bad comparison but Robert is just very very sick.
Please listen to what some have said to you. Even if you paid with a gift option, you should actually call paypal. Don't waste time emailing them. Talk to an actual person and explain what happened. Also even if it was a debit card, contact your bank. This man has to have a bad reputation with paypal. Do not accept that he got you and you can't do anything. It takes time but you can fight him. Thank you for tipping us off that he is back at his same old tricks again. Maybe even get in tough with ebay and let them know he is trying to do business off site and is ripping people off. Good luck and remember, he will get his in the long run.

Mark is right. Do not give up. And save any correspondence you received where he has asked to do a deal off eBay as that can be used as proof of violating eBay's TOS and they can boot him for that.

more money, ask for few more detailed pixs cause your really interested.Then ask just to BUY IT NOW like you really want it. Then at the last second tell him you changed your mind...
