Has anyone seen this flick? It was on TMC late Saturday/early Sunday so I DVR'd it. Have not had the time to watch it - is it worth it? - Chris
The screenplay by Theodore Apstein, based on the novel The Forbidden Garden by Ursula Curtiss focuses on an aging Arizona widow who hires elderly female housekeepers and cons them out of their money before murdering them.
Master of Fowl Play
I like it--the performances are good, with some genuine suspense. The plot/exposition is a bit rushed & muddled.
It's fun, but can't compete with "...Baby Jane?" or "Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte."
