When I .... how do you say (?) .... think of my mindframe on this spaceplane, I'm Skywalker with my X-Wing like I was when I was a kid.

    Hey,
While there are relatively few 12" superheroes, Mego did produce a slew of other 12" figures:
    KISS
    Buck Rogers
    Star Trek: The Movie
    Black Hole
    Joe Namath (different body style)
    Fighting Yank (different body style)
    Sonny and Cher
    Captain and Tenille
    Diana Ross
    Jaquiline (sp) Smith
Laverne and Shirley, Lenny and Squiggy
    Farrah Faucett
    Suzanne Sommers
    Jordace Line
    Candi (also in 18")
Wonder Woman companions (Queen Nubia, Steve Trevor, and another I cannot remember)
Superman the Movie (Superman, Lex Luthor, General Zodd, Jor El)
    Chris DVM

    >This is true, the 12" line only released 8 heroes all told and only one villain kids would have recognized.

    Dr. Kromedome, of course!

Dr Kromedome's enemy was fashion sense, Cher was scarier.

Much like Typhoid Mary, Cher was a carrier.

As a Kid i loved my 8' megos but when I received my 12 Superman I started to lose interest in the 8 figures.Plus I finally had a Mego that I could play with my Gi Joes especially Bulletman.....and I loved My Gynormus Head Captain America..which i readded to my collection two years ago......

8" is easier to collect because of it's size too.

Chris, the other wonder woman character was Nubia. An interesting choice since she only appeared in 2 issues of the comic a very minor character. Even though I like Nubia(her sister and villain in the line) but wonder why her?

I think over all I like the 8" better BC of the choices and variety of hero's and villains. The only good 12" villian was Lex Luthor.
